About
My name is Camille Arana, but you can call me Camy. I’m a lazy nineteen-year-old girl living with her parents in Austin, Texas. I was born on November 12th in 1988, and my parents were quite shocked that I had red hair. They thought they had the wrong child since they didn’t know that my mother’s side of the family is part Scottish.
I grew up mostly in Allen, Texas in the neighborhood called Twin Creeks II. I was a very shy girl who didn’t like to socialize with anyone at all at first, but I soon grew out of that when I entered high school and made friends with very fun, humorous, and great people. I’m the type of person who cherishes their friends, whether they be online or offline. I treat all of them equally. I’m also a great listener, and will listen to any of my friends if they have a problem with their life or anything else that is bothering them.
I’m currently attending The Art Institute Online of Pittsburgh taking the course, Digital Design, to learn more about designing. I’m also a special educated student (due to my disability) and I know my writing style is odd. I try my best to catch all of the errors and can handle constructive criticism well. I’ve also learnt to laugh at myself, others, jokes, and my life. I’m also bisexual and no, this does not mean I hit on just about anyone.
I have a number of interests - reading, anime and music are three big ones. I enjoy reading stories that are from the romance genre as well as action, comedy, and some angst. I’m a huge anime/manga fan, and love to participate in fanfiction communities, including het, yaoi, or yuri (these terms are not safe for work or kiddies). I’m also a huge fan of music, and will listen to just about anything except for ’screamo’.
As you may have read in my entries, I have a 14 week old kitten named Benny. I got him from the Central Texas SPCA here in Austin. He’s a very hyper kitten, as well as entertaining to us all. He likes to jump and play fight mostly. He also mews when he wants attention - as well as food and water. Most of the time he plays with the wires, trashcan (knocks it down most of the time), his toys, the bed cover, and also climbing onto my chair. So, all around, he’s a good pet to have. Even if he does get naughty at times.
