I haven't watched your videos for a while now, although i have been a subscriber for a long time, and you have me hooked again! I now remember why I used to binge watch them before! I love that your so down to earth, people can really relate to you, because of your honesty, there are too many fake people on you tube, but you are a very real and beautiful human being, so thank you xx

Tony Robbins is accused of sexual harassment and I have seen a video of him doing it so I would not support him. I do love books, so I might read Sapiens. Definitely reading Educated. Abusive families usually protect the abusers. She’s telling the truth. It’s time we all start believing victims and holding abusers accountable. Thank you!

I love Gretchen Rubin too and I was also underwhelmed by Outer Order Inner Calm. Thank you for sharing your opinion [and validating mine. :)]

I absolutely love you, it’s so awesome to be able to have someone to relate to! I am ADD, OCD & I have terrible anxiety from all of it. It has always been hard for me to even walk into a room that I needed to clean or organize because my anxiety would take over and I would not even know where to begin so I would end up spending an hour just sitting there looking around I guess hoping something might start happening magically, lol. The other huge overwhelming feeling that would come over me would be the OCD as far as it all having to be perfectly done there was no just getting in there and at least just getting it picked up and A few things thrown away which would’ve been much better than what I was looking at and always at some point I would start and then my ADD would take over and I of course would decide I cannot do that until I do this and I would end up just creating what I like to call the perfect storm because that’s exactly what it was and things ended up looking even worse and I would walk out of the room with a bigger mess that I had ever walked into initially.
It’s still very hard for me but you have no idea how helpful you have been with being able to just take small 15 minute projects within that room to complete to not feel so overwhelmed and then it’s like once you fill that sense of accomplishment you want to keep going a little bit more. I have pores Donnelly struggle with trying to get things organized or clean this is literally something that I go through on a daily basis with any type of task whether it is finances or just whatever, thank goodness with the help of yourself and others I have finally figured out how to manage and basically get my sh*t together. I’m sure now everyone is thinking I am a crazy hot mess but it’s been a struggle and it still is but it is much easier now and now that I have shared my life story with everyone I wanted to recommend a couple books that really helped me and hopefully they may help someone else as well.
The first book is titled GET YOUR SH*T together by Sarah Knight she also has another book that I enjoyed that is titled cCalm the F*ck Done and I know there are a lot of people that are not into listening to and making personal development A part of their life but I did and I don’t know what I would do without it and this is something that even if you are not in the network marketing business the law of attraction planner is absolutely amazing. It is a 30 day journey helping you to create and basically plan out the rest of your life. I thoroughly enjoyed going through and completing the planner and filling out my goals and it just takes these are a whole roadmap of different things that are helpful and all aspects of your life.
I have now rambled on for way too long but hopefully someone else maybe can benefit from it and I just want to thank you again for all of the amazing videos and template to create as well as the books that you have written which whoever has not read them I highly recommend but I just absolutely love you and you girls are the definition of a boss babe!

I have ADHD and have been in denial about its impact in my life. I just started ADHD meds and I am amazed at how it has helped me. My daughter was just diagnosed with it as well and I was told I needed to do XYZ. How and I supposed to do XYZ for her when I can't even do it for myself??? Hence the new meds for me to be able to help her avoid medications. She is now in occupational and speech therapy for her ADHD. It is amazing how far things have come. I can 100% relate with the desk in a hall. I lived out there sometimes. I actually liked it because it was less stimulating than the class room. LOL

I came back to this video to get the name of the audiobook you mentioned here (my forgetful brain). I need another one to start on and I remembered the one you mentioned here sounded really intriguing. I hope you do another one of these book club videos!

"Educated" is a powerful book! Sorry, cant stand Tony Robbins….he's always given me the creeps and that incident with the woman at one of his talks (he came into her personal space, was trying to intimidate her, wouldn't let her speak, etc), cemented the creep factor for me! If you read fiction, The Night Circus is amazing! Also The Lost Queen….which I'm almost done….some great fiction out there!! Thanks for another great blog, Cass😊💜

You inspired me to finally get myself to the doctor and now I'm on Adderall. I am still creative (I was always afraid medication would end my creativity). Now, tho, instead of starting a project over hear, and another one over there, and oh, did you see the squirrel?!?! Wait, I was making something… somewhere….
Now I start and finish projects!! My house is getting organized! My husband and I have clean clothes on a regular basis!! We both thank you for being so open with your audience! We love you!!!🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Oh yes, I can relate about ADHD. I have the focus and concentration, I had it as a child and was diagnosed a few years ago. I am glad to know there isn't anything wrong with me, just my frontal lobe is wired differently than normal people. Wish I knew how to channel it for the positive, but I haven't mastered that yet, but I am sure trying hard. It is difficult to change your way about stuff when you are 65. It is hereditary, have you found that any of your children have it. I have one diagnosed 33, a 35 that should be and my 27 year old that just graduated from Vet School with honors, but boy can she get hyper. Oh love that channel how to ADHD. She is so funny but all true. LOL

I have ADD, diagnosed as an adult…but; I know it’s actually ADHD…I was always put in a corner as a kid because I just couldn’t focus & talked all the time!!! I read a lot as a kid…
I did struggle with grades because I just couldn’t focus what the teacher was telling, explaining…so I would have to ask again after they were done explaining…they didn’t have time for me…I was “labeled” coming from my high school principal/high school counselor as…”dumb, stupid & never going to make it in life”…
I quit school my Senior yr & went through GED & graduated from a Business college…never worked in my field…but; I’ve had numerous jobs because of the ADHD, bored etc…I still struggle…I need to listen to books as reading doesn’t hold my attention…

Is it possible to be a butterfly that turns into a cricket in regards to organizing styles? I keep trying to be a cricket but i get all panicky and naturally default to put of sight out of mind, so everything is out. Idk if im a butterfly, idk. But you know what im saying. Lol. Please answer.

After seeing the video idea… Just use a dictionary you don't need to be a person of words. You are also an author and didn't need that many word …. You just speak simply period.
