🚨 Breaking News! Our Council has let us down 🚨
Part TWO here –
I’m really excited to share this story. I’ve been following it in Red Beach (New Zealand) for months – 94 Bay Street, Red Beach.
The Council has misused their authority (and discretion) and set a new precedence for property development in Red Beach – and the local community isn’t happy.
My goal is to help let the community know what’s happening here, (as the Counsel didn’t) – and together we can stop a development like this happening again.
Thanks for watching team! 🙌 It means a lot.

Red beach IS snuggly.
Tim, Love what you have done here exposing this so called ‘Progress’. The people of Aotearoa don't want a country that is filled with unaffordable houses that cant sell for top dollar unless we allow the immigration flood gates to be wide open for the mega wealthy to move here only.
This type of development madness is happening every where. The reason for not notifying things to the public because the effects will be 'no more than less than minor' disgusts me and Auckland Council officers allowing this are totally out of order. Granting hundereds of similar consents in Hibiscus and Bays alone is atrocious and disciplinary action should be undertaken.
One example; The clean fill on East Coast Road named 'EnviroFill' (under similar ownership) that drains into the Okura Marine reserve had their consent changed from clean fill to managed fill. No the public wasn't notified. Trucks have gone from 50 a day to 600 a day and heavy metal pollution is now being tolerated. They also have to test truck coming onsite for contaminants but get to do it themselves, send the soil tests off to Australia but bury the toxic fill anyway. So much wrong with our council. Men are sick with greed.
Kia kaha!
